Getting a grasp of the situation is a good idea with whatever life throws at you, but when determining the best approach for a marketing or creative design project it is even more vital.

We will work together with you as a client to establish where your business is today, where it wants to be, and how our marketing or creative work can bridge the gap between the two.

We will review your current brand image and existing marketing strategy; we will study your market to determine what your competitors are doing and how effective their approaches are proving; and we will work openly with you to discuss both of these factors and mutually establish how best to move forward.

Understanding how your brand is currently perceived and how it stands against the existing market gives us your Situation. Then we can move on to stage two.

 
 

With the raw materials established through stage one, it’s now time to evaluate how our creative expertise can be used to achieve your business goals.

At the Evaluation stage we will be identifying the key points that distinguish your brand from its competitors and determining how to engage with your market on these key points. Communicating what makes your product or service unique goes hand in hand with identifying how to illicit an emotional response from your audience, with the aim that the creative strategy developed is not just an isolated blip, but part of a rich marketing strategy that communicates a positive and lasting message.

At this stage the bare bones of the required pieces will begin to emerge, allowing the process to move into stage three.

 
 

At the layout stage we develop the specific ways that your previously identified goals will be achieved.

The ideas on marketing strategy and customer engagement that were established at the Evaluation stage will now start to take life in the form of digital or physical design concepts. The right colour palettes, textures, imagery and wording will come together in the design concepts for you.

As at every stage, your ongoing feedback is vital through the Layout process. We will be consulting with you continually to ensure that our vision for the piece is entirely in line with your own.

Only when this is achieved will we be able to move forward with the preferred design concept, which then just need to be Finalised.

 
 

You will continue to be deeply involved in the process as we move into the finalisation stage. As an open forum we will work with you to determine any tiny tweaks or specialist production techniques that could help the work achieve more.

Only when you are entirely satisfied with the complete work will we then begin production of the physical products, where required, or distribution to your target market.
