BPB plc (British Plaster Board) is a British building materials business: it is the world's largest manufacturer of plasterboard. A division of BPB is Formula who are the number one supplier for high performance industrial casting plasters in Europe (ceramics, decorative, dental, metal casting).

Brief
We were asked by Formula to design and produce a corporate brochure to detail their work with fine/decorative ceramics across a range of areas.

Outcome
Because the emphasis was on fine detail that could be produced from the plaster, we decided to focus on the hands. So, everything shown in the brochure was in the hand, from exploding plaster, to a ceiling rose. These were edited in Photoshop from several different images to emphasise the fine detail found in the final products.

The main cover shot was made up of several images of the exploding powder, the hand and background to make sure we had all the elements for the final image. We then used the programme Photoshop to merge all these images together to create the final visually stunning cover shot.

Over 250,000 brochures were produced across the world in five different languages.
